Role Description
UniConsultX Solutions is a diversified consulting firm providing end-to-end business solutions. We are seeking a versatile HR & Admin Executive to manage and streamline the Human Resources and Administrative functions across our various business verticals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of handling the unique talent and operational needs of departments ranging from Corporate Law and Finance to Web Development and Graphic Design.
Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience: 0–4 years of experience in HR and Administration (experience in a multi-service agency or startup is highly preferred).
● Versatility: Proven ability to understand the recruitment nuances of both IT/Digital and Professional/Legal services.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
● Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Experience in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Understanding of local labor laws and compliance regulations
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
● Department-Specific Hiring: Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, including:
● Legal & Compliance: Legal Consultants, Company Secretaries, and Licensing Experts.
● Financial Services: Chartered Accountants, Tax Consultants, and Financial Analysts.
● Digital Services: Web Developers (Frontend/Backend), UI/UX Designers, and Graphic Designers.
● Consulting: Startup Advisors and Brand Building Specialists.
● Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and niche job boards to build a strong talent pipeline.
● Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical competency and cultural fit.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
● Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the complete induction process for new joins and formal exit formalities for departing staff.
● Policy Administration: Develop, update, and implement company-wide HR policies and employee handbooks.
● Performance Management: Coordinate annual and quarterly performance appraisals, setting KRAs for different technical and non-technical teams.
● Employee Engagement: Foster a collaborative work culture through team-building activities and grievance redressal.
3. Administrative & Office Management
● Departmental Support: Coordinate with department heads to ensure resource availability (e.g., specialized software for designers or legal databases for consultants).
● Vendor Management: Liaison with external vendors for office supplies, IT infrastructure, and facility maintenance.
● Compliance & Documentation: Maintain digital and physical employee records, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company certifications.
● Attendance & Payroll: Manage daily attendance logs and coordinate with the finance team for timely salary processing.
