Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Faridabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, recruitment, and employee relations. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, handling employee grievances, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves conducting training sessions and performance evaluations, as well as collaborating with management to enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1.5-2 years’ proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Previous experience in implementing performance management systems.
- Capability to provide constructive feedback and support employee development.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for delivering engaging and effective training sessions.
- Ability to adapt to different audiences and learning preferences.
