At Task Force Interiors, we are not looking for a conventional HR Executive.
We are looking for a proactive, communication-driven, and operationally strong professional who can take ownership across HR operations, hiring coordination, workplace communication, and leadership follow-ups in a fast-paced project environment.
In our industry, HR is not limited to attendance and payroll.
The role demands professionalism, responsiveness, people management, coordination maturity, and strong communication capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
๐น Talent Acquisition & Hiring Coordination:
- End-to-end recruitment coordination and hiring follow-ups
- Job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
- Maintaining hiring timelines and manpower tracking
๐น HR Operations & Administration:
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance, leave management, HRIS updates, and records management
- Payroll coordination and statutory compliance support (PF, ESI, Insurance, etc.)
๐น Communication & Workplace Coordination:
- Acting as a professional coordination bridge between teams and leadership
- Drafting emails, MOMs, trackers, reports, and operational follow-ups
- Coordination with consultants, vendors, employees, and occasionally clients
๐น Leadership & Operational Support:
- Working closely with management on day-to-day coordination and internal operations
- Supporting workplace discipline, communication flow, and execution alignment
๐น Digital & AI Enablement:
- Well versed in handling - LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, Excel, and digital tools
- Supporting process efficiency, documentation quality, and workplace communication
Who shall Apply:
- 2โ5 years of relevant HR Operations / Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong ownership and follow-up mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Prior exposure to construction, interiors, contracting, or project-driven industries will be an advantage
This role is best suited for someone who can balance professionalism, coordination, communication, and execution with maturity and accountability.
