We are seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and payroll management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with modern hiring tools and HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management and talent acquisition.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Utilize job portals and tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS platforms)
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and compliance
- Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and payroll
Required skills
- Strong experience in recruitment tools & job portals
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Good knowledge of HR operations and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- minimum 5 years in related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) with certifications in HR/Payroll
- Experience with HRMS / ATS systems
- Exposure to tech or consulting hiring
- Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, esic)
