This is for one of largest player in Land Bank Aggregation (Real Estate);
Office - MG Road; 5.5 Days Work Week (Alternate Saturday Working)
Budget - 10-12LPA (Based on Candidate)
An HR Specialist focusing on engagement drives workplace culture, retention, and motivation by designing initiatives, organizing team-building activities, and managing recognition programs. They bridge communication between leadership and employees, conduct surveys, and analyze feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities in Employee Engagement
- Culture & Recognition: Developing and implementing strategies to boost morale, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Programs & Events: Planning, promoting, and organizing company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to increase loyalty.
- Communication Bridge: Acting as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating transparent communication and feedback.
- Feedback & Analysis: Conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement in the employee experience.
- Conflict Management: Addressing employee grievances and mediating workplace conflicts to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1–5 years in human resources, specifically in employee engagement, HR generalist roles, or culture-building initiatives.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in event planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
