Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and handling employment relations. Additional responsibilities include guiding employee development, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Strong understanding and application of HR Policies and HR Management practices
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Familiarity with labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
