Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Bengaluru South. The HR Specialist will be responsible for handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting HR management initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assisting in recruitment processes, monitoring workplace compliance, and facilitating a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Proficiency in HR Management and developing or implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
