Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Gujarat, India. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR management, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and handle personnel management tasks. This role includes recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, talent management, and organizational development
- Experience in HR Management and development of HR Policies
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance regulations, and employee relations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site environment
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the IT or technology sector is an advantage
