Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring as well as outsourcing/staffing
requirements
Achieve monthly hiring targets with strong and consistent closures
Recruit for IT, AI, and emerging tech roles (Developers, AI Engineers, ML
Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and niche tech platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Stay updated with current IT and AI hiring trends
Required Skills:
1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (Staffing agency experience preferred)
Proven track record of achieving monthly recruitment targets
Basic understanding or willingness to learn about AI, Machine Learning, and
emerging technologies
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
