Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT hiring who is passionate about talent acquisition and open to handling operational responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment activities along with supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining processes
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultancies, and recruitment partners
- Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and HR operations
- Provide employee support and assist in resolving day-to-day queries
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring updates
Required Skills & Qualification:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment/talent acquisition
- Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and startup-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of operational responsibilities
- Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Additional:
- Prior startup experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Flexible and proactive approach towards handling recruitment and operations activities simultaneously
