What this role is really about:
Founder's Office, specialising in Team building,
You are the gatekeeper of who enters the Satvic Team (You don’t need HR experience for this role)
Most hiring feels like a funnel. Ours needs to feel like a conversation - one that attracts the right people and respectfully (but clearly) filters out everyone else. You'll own that entire journey: from writing a JD that makes someone stop scrolling, to sitting across from a candidate and knowing - before they finish their sentence - whether they belong here.
This is a high-judgment, high-ownership role. You'll work closely with Subah and Harsh, taking rough briefs and turning them into precise hiring campaigns. You'll use AI, your instincts, and your communication skills - often all three at once.
Your core responsibilities day-to-day:
- Take a verbal brief from Subah or Harsh and craft a JD that people actually want to read
- Create the communication to share the word about the newly opened hiring
- Share the jobs on LinkedIn
- Build and run screening systems using AI (Claude, primarily) to filter applicants intelligently
- Design test assignments for potential candidates that reveal how a person actually thinks - not just what they've done
- Review those assignments deeply; come to Subah or Harsh with the top 1-2 with a sharp point of view
- Conduct interview meetings with shortlisted candidates - as a real conversation
- In time: help build the team for our upcoming offline Satvic centre, in Bangalore.

Important -
This is an in-person role based in our office at Devanhalli (15-mins away from Bangalore airport). We're looking for someone who will make this their home - not just their workplace.
We are looking for someone who wants to build with us long term - not someone casually exploring options.
