Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and sharp-thinking HR Manager to join our Surat office. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who can take quick decisions, handle responsibilities independently, and contribute to building a strong workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and HR systems
- Support training, development, and team-building initiatives
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR policies and employment laws
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to think quickly and act decisively in dynamic situations
- Familiarity with HR systems and data management
- Experience in architecture/construction industry is a plus
