Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead end-to-end human resource functions for a 50-bed hospital in Guntur. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical, nursing, and non-clinical staff
* Manage onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle processes
* Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling
* Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
* Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and documentation
* Handle performance management and appraisal processes
* Coordinate training and development initiatives
* Work closely with department heads for manpower planning
* Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards
* Ensure discipline, workplace culture, and HR governance

Required Skills:
* Strong experience in hospital/healthcare HR
* Hands-on in recruitment, compliance, and HR operations
* Good understanding of labour laws and statutory frameworks
* Experience in HR MIS and reporting tools
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Candidate:
* 10+ years of relevant HR experience (preferably in hospitals)
* Local candidate from Guntur or nearby preferred
* Immediate joiners preferred
Education:
* MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
