Sage and Herbs is looking for two (2) energetic and reliable Store & Operations Associates to join our team in Zirakpur. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized and enjoy a fast-paced retail and dispatch environment.
We are looking for candidates who are punctual and ready to take ownership of the store's daily operations. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Management: Keeping the store organized, clean, and ensuring products are displayed correctly.
- Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Inventory Tracking: Assisting in maintaining stock levels and reporting low-stock items.
- Dispatch Coordination: Handing over packages to delivery partners and maintaining records.
- General Assistance: Providing a helping hand in daily store tasks as required.
Job Details & Requirements:
- Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Experience: No prior experience required (Freshers welcome), but experience in retail or packing is a plus.
- Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass.
- Skills: Basic communication skills, ability to stand for long periods, and attention to detail.
- Location: Must be able to commute to our store in Zirakpur, Punjab.
