Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Mumbai. The role involves handling HR management tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The HR Specialist will be responsible for recruitment activities, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Effective collaboration with different departments and fostering a positive workplace culture are key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- EPC Sector experience will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve employee relations matters effectively
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring organizational compliance with labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders
