Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Mumbai. The role involves managing daily HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring employee satisfaction. The specialist will also provide strategic support in workforce planning, assist in recruitment processes, and support organizational goals through effective HR management and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Proficiency in HR Management and the formulation and implementation of HR Policies
- Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management tasks
- Ability to support and enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
- Experience with HR technology and HR software is advantageous
