About the Role
We're seeking a proactive Human Resources Associate to support our remote-first team's growth. You'll handle end-to-end HR operations, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, ensuring we attract top SEO, AIO, and tech talent who thrive in a high-performance culture. This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of Operations, with opportunities to shape our people strategy as we expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles like AEO Strategists, Content Engineers, and Data Analysts. Manage full-cycle hiring via LinkedIn, Upwork, and niche communities. Create seamless onboarding programs to get new hires ramped up on our AEO frameworks fast.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Support performance reviews, handle queries on benefits/payroll, and foster a collaborative remote culture. Organize virtual team events, recognition programs, and pulse surveys to boost retention.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records in tools like BambooHR or Gusto. Ensure compliance with labor laws (US/India focus), manage contracts, and track DEI initiatives.
- Talent Development: Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps in AI schema, prompt engineering, and organic discovery. Coordinate training sessions and career progression paths.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key HR metrics (time-to-hire, turnover, eNPS) and present insights to leadership for data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in HR/recruitment, ideally in tech startups or agencies (SEO/digital marketing a plus).
- Strong knowledge of remote hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, iimjobs, etc.) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication: comfortable with C-suite stakeholders and global teams.
- Passion for AI/SEO space; bonus if you've followed trends like digitalSourceType or Answer Engine Optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Location flexible (remote OK), but timezone overlap with US/India preferred.
