Role Description
This full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role is based in Kolkata. The specialist will manage various HR functions, including designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing recruitment and personnel management tasks. Additionally, the individual will ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices, with strong experience in HR Management
- Knowledge of implementing and administering HR Policies
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and ensuring satisfaction
- Strong skills in Personnel Management, including recruitment and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
