We have job opportunity with one of our client In Hyderabad- relocation is fine.
work Mode: 5 days office
Skill:
• Manage onboarding across different US states (compliance, documentation, affidavits, etc.)
• Handle employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and terminations
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data accuracy
• Work on HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred)
• Manage internal system updates and employee records
🎯 Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations (US healthcare mandatory)
• Strong understanding of onboarding compliance across US states
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR / Healthcare Administration or related field
• Proficiency in Google Workspace & MS Office
