Role Description
This full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role is based in Bengaluru. The HR Specialist will manage key HR functions such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and supporting recruitment efforts. The role also involves handling personnel management, shaping company culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Collaboration with different departments to maintain a supportive and productive workplace is a central part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, including experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and managing compensation programs
- Skills in Personnel Management, including performance management and employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive organizational culture
- Proficient in employment law, compliance, and best practices within HR operations
- Relevant experience in an HR role within the real estate or consulting industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
