Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Scout and attract like-minded, high-potential talent aligned with company culture and growth vision
- Define and support organizational structure and manpower planning in line with business growth plans
- Build strong hiring pipelines and employer branding initiatives
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage payroll coordination and HR administration activities
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance processes
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
Learning & Team Development
- Design and coordinate employee training and learning initiatives
- Develop structured training and development plans
- Work closely with leadership to strengthen team capability and career growth opportunities
- Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong exposure to talent acquisition and recruitment strategy
- Experience in payroll and HR administration
- Interest in people development, training, and organizational growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Leadership intent with an ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-growing and collaborative environment
