Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in the Greater Indore Area. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a productive and positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Proficiency in HR Management and administration
- Ability to develop and implement HR Policies to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in HR are a plus
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is an advantage
