Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management activities. The specialist will also support workforce planning, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR policies
- Proficiency in HR Management and Employee Benefits coordination
- Proven expertise in Personnel Management and understanding of employee relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with applicable labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Relevant work experience in an HR role; experience in the biotechnology or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
