Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Chennai. The HR Specialist will oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR policies as well as ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role includes managing employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, supporting employee relations, and contributing to the overall administration of HR operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Familiarity with HR Policies and ability to ensure compliance
- Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
- Proficiency in HR software/tools and a strong understanding of labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
