Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri, West Bengal. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Specialist will also handle personnel management, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience with Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering positive employee relations
- Proficiency in HR technology and tools
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor regulations and employment laws in India is a plus
