Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will handle end-to-end HR functions, including policy development, implementation of employee benefits programs, and personnel management. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing compliance with HR policies, managing the employee lifecycle, and supporting the leadership team with HR strategies. The role also entails maintaining records, addressing employee relations, and ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies and overseeing Employee Benefits
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations and training initiatives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree/CIPD certification is a plus)
- Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance practices
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team dynamic
