Role Description
We’re Hiring: HR Generalist | Mindshaft Media Pvt. Ltd. | Kolkata

At Mindshaft, we’re looking for an HR Generalist who can balance hiring speed with compliance strength—someone who knows how to bring in the right talent and keep the foundation strong.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Driving hiring for multiple roles across departments
Handling HR compliance, documentation, and policy implementation
Maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR MIS
Ensuring labor law compliance and internal HR processes are followed
Supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate (HR specialization preferred)
3–8 years of experience in HR (recruitment + compliance focus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR operations and labor laws
Someone who can move fast, stay organized, and handle pressure
Location: Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
