Role: Senior Manager – Human Resources (Performance, OD & HR Systems)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead key corporate HR initiatives focused on Performance Management, Organization Development, HR Technology, and Strategic HR Business Partnering. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR leader to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen HR systems, and foster a high-performance culture while partnering closely with business leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Organization Development
- Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and drive KPI frameworks across business functions.
- Lead annual, mid-year, and periodic performance review cycles.
- Drive organization design, role structuring, workforce planning, and productivity initiatives.
- Develop HR dashboards, performance analytics, and reporting for leadership.
- Support compensation planning, rewards, incentives, and annual salary review processes.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and partner with business leaders to build organizational capability.
HR Systems & Digital Transformation
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the HRIS platform (Darwinbox).
- Drive HR process automation and institutionalize best-in-class HR systems.
- Manage HR MIS, reporting, employee communications, and HR process governance.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, systems, and operational processes across the organization.
Employee Engagement & Learning
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and learning initiatives.
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and monitor training effectiveness.
- Support succession planning, capability development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, attendance, leave management, and disciplinary processes.
- Support employee relations, grievance resolution, and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze employee surveys and exit interview data to recommend continuous improvements.
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Support strategic workforce planning and business transformation initiatives.
- Provide insights using HR analytics to improve organizational performance and decision-making.
- Build HR solutions that support long-term business growth and operational excellence.
Environment, Health & Safety
- Support EHS compliance and awareness initiatives at the corporate office.
- Ensure adherence to ISMS, EnMS, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards through employee awareness and training programs.
Qualifications
- Full-time Bachelor's degree with a full-time MBA (HR), PGDBM (HR), or MPM & IR.
- 12–16 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience leading Performance Management, Organization Development, HRBP, and HR Systems initiatives.
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing Darwinbox or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive organization-wide HR initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Performance Management and Organization Development.
- Experience driving HR digital transformation and process automation.
- Excellent business partnering and influencing skills.
- Strong project management and people leadership capabilities.
- Manufacturing or industrial sector experience will be an advantage.
