Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will handle day-to-day HR operations, including the implementation of HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee benefits programs, and supervising personnel management activities. Responsibilities also include supporting recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
- Experience in HR Management and HR Policies implementation
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and compensation frameworks
- Skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and team development
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferable
- Prior experience in a corporate HR role is an advantage
