Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for handling HR management tasks, implementing and updating HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities also include managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management activities, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace environment. This role will require collaboration with multiple teams to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and policies
- Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management
- Knowledge of designing and implementing HR Policies
- Familiarity with managing Employee Benefits and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build a positive work culture
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the cosmetics or retail industry is a plus
