Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist at Luminark Studio, located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management processes. You will facilitate recruitment and onboarding, ensure employee well-being, and support leadership in fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will maintain compliance with local labor laws while developing and maintaining HR initiatives to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Strong skills in HR Management and the implementation of HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is advantageous
