Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will manage various HR functions including recruitment, policy implementation, employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves developing and maintaining HR policies, supporting employee engagement, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The individual will also assist in fostering a positive workplace environment through effective communication and organizational support.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources processes, including HR Management and HR Policies
- Experience in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Proven ability to implement effective organizational policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of labor laws and employee relations is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in New Delhi
