Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing key HR processes, including developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with management to address workforce needs, support employee relations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR), including talent acquisition and employee engagement practices
- Skills in HR Management and development of strategic HR frameworks
- Proficiency in creating and implementing HR Policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and compliance management
- Capabilities in Personnel Management, including employee relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with HR systems and software is a plus
- Familiarity with MSME policies and related government programs is desirable
