- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding to ensure timely hiring.
- Execute core HR operations such as employee lifecycle management, documentation, and HRMS updates with high accuracy.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and handle grievances resolution.
- Maintain and update HR databases, reports, and MIS for effective decision-making.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback cycles.
