Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and support for performance management processes. The specialist will help develop and implement HR policies, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating interviews, maintaining personnel files, handling employee queries, assisting with HR documentation, and supporting HR initiatives that promote engagement and retention. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and experience supporting related processes.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency with HR software and basic MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
