Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist at HAIR RAP BY YOYO, located in Ahmedabad. The HR Specialist will oversee key functions such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role also includes actively managing personnel matters and fostering a positive workplace culture to support the brand's growth and vision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions and HR management tools
- Experience in planning and implementing effective HR Policies and ensuring compliance
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and administration
- Strong skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with labor laws and best HR practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
