We're Hiring: HR Executive | GrowthX Estates
GrowthX Estates, a leading real estate channel partner firm in Gurugram working with top developers like DLF, M3M, Emaar, Godrej, and Birla Estates, is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our growing team.
If you have 3-4 years of experience in HR operations, policy formulation, and performance reviews — and enjoy building strong, people-first systems — we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
✅ Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies and SOPs
✅ Manage the full employee lifecycle — onboarding to exit
✅ Conduct and coordinate performance reviews/appraisals
✅ Handle attendance, leave management, and compliance (labour law adherence)
✅ Support recruitment, employee engagement, and grievance handling
✅ Maintain HR records and reports
What we're looking for:
🔹 3-4 years of experience in an HR generalist/executive role
🔹 Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour law compliance, and performance review processes
🔹 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
🔹 Real estate or fast-growing startup experience preferred
💰 Salary: As per industry standards, commensurate with experience
