Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management tasks, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the development of HR strategies that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and expertise in HR Management
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
