Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR operations, develop and enforce HR policies, and manage employee benefits and personnel processes. The role involves fostering a supportive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and implementing strategic HR initiatives to align with company goals. This position also encompasses responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
- Must know project management tools with asana being the most preferred one
- Strong experience in HR Management and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and related compliance requirements
- Ability to build and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in HR practices and policies (preferred)
