Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Specialist located in Jaipur. The specialist will oversee various HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and implementation
- Skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) considered an advantage
