Role Description
This is a contract-based Human Resources Specialist role with hybrid work arrangements, based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
The growth role also involves supporting management processes, employee onboarding, and facilitating communication between staff and management.
Qualifications
- Proven 5-7 year experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge in developing and implementing HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Strong expertise in Personnel Management, including support and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and ethical HR practices
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
