Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Gurugram. The HR Specialist will handle key responsibilities such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, overseeing personnel management activities, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. This role will also involve supporting recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR records, while working closely with leadership to contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment and workforce management
- Experience in HR Management and implementing effective HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site corporate environment
- Previous experience in the corporate travel or service industry is advantageous
