Job Description: HR Specialist
Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to lead our recruitment and human resource operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and at least one year of professional experience in an HR role.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to final interviews and onboarding.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.
Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies in line with company standards and legal requirements.
Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee morale, retention, and workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR.
Specialization: Prior experience in IT Recruitment is highly preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and job portals.
Traits: High level of confidentiality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
