Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Kolkata. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions including policy development, employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating HR activities, implementing policies, overseeing employee welfare programs, managing personnel records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. You will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related queries while fostering a positive workplace environment that aligns with ENMMEY’s culture and values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and implementing HR Policies
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Ability to handle employee relations with professionalism and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
