Role Description
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and experience
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely feedback
- Build and nurture strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1+ year experience in recruitment or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interview methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
