Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Indore. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and managing personnel-related processes. The role also involves recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment. Collaboration with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies development
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive employee relationships
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement initiatives and performance management strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
- Proven ability to contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
