Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Mumbai. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing human resources processes, developing and maintaining HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and ensuring efficient personnel management. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
- Ability to manage Employee Benefits and handle Personnel Management effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior work experience in HR or a related role is an advantage
