Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, facilitating personnel management, and supporting overall HR operations. Typical duties will include onboarding new employees, updating HR procedures, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR-related queries and compliance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and experience in HR management
- Understanding of HR Policies and the ability to implement and maintain them effectively
- Experience in administering Employee Benefits and facilitating Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with employment laws, best practices, and compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in hybrid workforce management or similar environments is a plus
