Human Resources Specialist responsible for supporting core HR functions, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring smooth execution of HR operations. Role focuses on recruitment coordination, employee engagement, HR administration, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Manage onboarding processes and ensure completion of joining formalities
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programs
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR operational activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and internal communications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives

Experience & Qualifications

- Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance practices
