Human Resources Specialist responsible for supporting core HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee relations, HR operations, and policy implementation. Role focuses on maintaining efficient HR processes, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and communication
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure completion of joining formalities
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
- Address employee queries related to HR processes and internal policies
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR operational activities
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal HR standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or HR coordination roles
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with HRMS or HR management systems
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee engagement programs
- Understanding of labor regulations and HR compliance practices
